- Skilled Nursing– RN's, LPN's
Professional registered nurses provide prescribed treatment, assess changes, and supervise patient care. An emphasis is placed on patient and family instruction to foster self-sufficiency. - Occupational Therapy
We provide activities and exercises to help patients resume self-sufficiency and normal daily life. - Physical Therapy & Speech Therapy
This is used to help the patient regain strength and coordination. Services provided include massage, ultrasounds, safe gait transfer, and special exercises as prescribed by the doctor. - Medical Social Services & Registered Dietician
We will assess and remedy social, environmental, and emotional factors that are disrupting the patient’s health. We will pinpoint community resources for adjustment and rehabilitation.
